What matters most happens face to face.

Residents'-committee course — 1st cohort

A course by the Rehovot Municipality urban-renewal authority

Speaker: Attorney Noam Gottlib — the legal module

The city's first committee course: residents' committees from across Rehovot learned how a renewal deal is built — and what a committee that does the job right actually does.

The lines on this page describe the firm's events only — they are not legal advice and promise nothing about any deal; in every project, the full agreement and its annexes are the binding text.

How to start

A conversation with a real estate lawyer, wherever you are in the process.

An apartment you're buying or selling, a building entering renewal, or a contract waiting on a decision. Leave a name and a number and a senior lawyer on the team will call you back: we hear you out and tell you what the next step is — even when it isn't with us.

Your details go straight to the firm, and the person who calls you back is a lawyer on the team. We keep your details only to get back to you about this inquiry. We send marketing material only if you checked the box above.
