Who we are.
Real estate is all we do — every corner of it, urban renewal above all. The experience was earned in the big arenas: leading firms and complex transactions. The way we work is different — direct and available: you speak with your attorneys, from the first question to the last signature.
The firm is led by Noam Gottlib, Esq., alongside a team of attorneys and professionals — alumni of Israel’s leading firms and institutions. The combined experience: some of the market’s most complex real estate transactions, counsel to developers and apartment owners, and urban renewal across all 13 project stages.

An urban-renewal agreement, for its part, runs to hundreds of pages and appendices. Founder
How it all began
Mr. Gottlib's background spans business consulting, business development and legal practice.
He began at the Israel Investment Authority in the Ministry of Economy, where he ran the approval track for residential-rental building programs under Chapter 7-1 of the Encouragement of Capital Investments Law, along with the grants track. He still takes an active part in policy and legislative work on this law in the Knesset, alongside the relevant ministries.
He then joined KPMG Somekh Chaikin — first as a senior incentives consultant supporting R&D programs and special approvals from the Tax Authority, the Innovation Authority, the Investment Authority and the Foreign Trade Administration, and later as a core part of the firm's business development: strategy, new business models, work methodologies and innovative digital products.
He completed his legal internship in commercial litigation, class actions and corporate law at Shibolet Law Firm — legal opinions, pleadings, disputes, and complex commercial agreements — and later ran the business operations of an Israeli startup, leading deals, negotiations, and complex legal agreements across a range of fields.
On your side, the whole way
Mr. Gottlib brings the business and technology toolkit he acquired together with the legal one. He represents many clients in new-construction (from developer) and resale purchase and sale transactions, and guides apartment owners through urban-renewal deals in cities across Israel, building smart strategy for renewal complexes.
In urban renewal he takes a partnership approach: understanding the owners' needs, securing fair and appropriate compensation, and bridging between the owners and the chosen developer. That grasp of real estate's business side lets him close gaps between the parties and put together a deal that works for everyone — while speeding up the process and building trust.
He teaches in the owners'-committee course run by the Rehovot Municipality's Urban Renewal Administration. And as complementary services for the firm's clients: title registration and land settlement, durable powers of attorney, wills, and class actions.
